Cascadia AI Forensics was founded to address a gap in Oregon's legal market: attorneys handling cases involving digital assets, AI-generated evidence, and electronic records needed access to a forensics examiner who understood both the technical depth required for rigorous analysis and the legal standards required for courtroom admissibility.
Our practice is built on eight years at the National Security Agency and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics. That foundation — intelligence-community rigor combined with a software engineer's understanding of the systems under examination — is now applied to the evidentiary standards required in Oregon civil and criminal courts.
We serve law firms and solo practitioners across Oregon. Based in Salem — home to the Oregon Supreme Court and the Oregon Court of Appeals — we are positioned at the center of Oregon's appellate system, with statewide availability for all engagements.
